Since our reopening in September 2022, Maid to Raine Cleaning has provided custom, friendly and impeccable cleaning services to many homes.
Independently woman owned and operated, we specialize in giving our clients a custom home cleaning experience! Our clients range from busy families, to working singles, couples, and elders. We are work from home friendly and are animal lovers!

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.
Additional Terms
TRAVEL FEE
Any distance traveled over 15 miles will be charged $2.50 per mile for one way calculated into the cleaning fee or reflected as a separate line item on the estimate/quote given to the client.
CLIENT PAYMENT AGREEMENT
For first time clients, we do require a 50% deposit of the base cleaning estimate payable via Zelle included on the estimate to hold the booking date within 48 hours, if you are not able to then the date will either be released to another client or you may contact Amber personally to make a different arrangement at the Owner's discretion.
If no payment has been made within the 24 hours Maid to Raine Cleaning Service’s will do a courtesy follow up in regards to the payment. If payment is still not received and or we were not able to reach the client, client agrees to pay a late fee of $15. Interest will then be charged at 10% on each day that amount remains outstanding.
GRATUITY
We never require a tip, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your professionals. Even posting an online review expressing your appreciation for the service can mean a great deal!
DAY OF CLEANING SERVICE
Please have as many personal items picked up and put away before service. Also please have the sink free of any dishes.
If you wish to be present during the service, we ask that you as well as any pets stay in a separate room during the service. Many things such as cancellations, reschedules, or traffic can affect our schedule. You will be contacted as soon as possible with a new expected time if we happen to be running late.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS
For safety and insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than a two-step ladder. We will attempt to reach all visible areas with either an extension duster or vacuum extension. We cannot move items weighing over 25 pounds. We do not clean animal/human feces, urine, vomit, or blood.
LOCKOUT/CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE
In the event we are unable to access your home for scheduled services on the day of, the full cleaning fee will be charged.
50% cancelation fee will be applied without a 24 hour notice.
$50 rescheduling fee will be applied without a 24 hour notice.
Fee waived for a first offense
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
Clients agree that Maid to Raine Cleaning may use images and videos for advertising, business website and social media. The images will never display any personal information.
24-HOUR GUARANTEE
After each service we ask that you take the time to really review your home and all areas. We realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund, but Maid to Raine Cleaning Service’s will happily take care of any of those areas you weren’t satisfied with. Issues and concerns must be made within 24 Hours.
SEVERABILITY
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
CHANGES
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
